中医脾虚证本质的中西医结合研究进展

摘　　要：脾虚证为祖国医学脏腑辨证之常见证型,主要是指由脾脏虚弱而引起的病证,常表现为食减纳差、腹胀痞满、面色萎黄、消瘦肢乏、泄泻、脾虚便秘、水肿等。临床上述症状无需皆俱,出现3个或以上即可确诊。近年来,虽然通过研究得出了诸多与脾虚证相关的指标,但并没有揭示其与中医脾虚证的关系。运用中医基础理论和现代医学相结合的方法对脾虚证发生的机理进行了综述。Spleen deficiency-syndrome is the normal pattern of syndrome differentiation of viscera,it arises from the deficiency of spleen.This pattern manifested as reduced appetite,abdominal distention sallow complexion emaciation lassitude of limbs,diarrhea, constipatio due to deficiency of spleen.In clinic application,it can be confirmed as spleen deficiency pattern if it manifests three or more symptoms and signs.Recently,though we know a lot of relevant index of spleen deficiencysyndrome through study,we haven＇t analyze their relationship with Spleen deficiency-syndrome.In this article, I will explain the mechanism of Spleen deficiency-syndrome by using the method which combines traditional chinese medicine rationale with Modern Medicine.
