摘　　要：本文对Ｓ１２交换机在商用网建设中的作用做了较为系统的阐述，对各地商用网建设规划应注意的问题提出了一些看法，指出了混合组网是建设业务众多、成本低廉、覆盖广泛、面向未来的商用网的最佳组网方式。n this paper,S12 and its role are assessed systematically in the construction of the business telecommunication network (BTN).Proposals are also given in regarding of the issues concerning the business telecommunication network planning.Finally,it is suggested that the approach to hybrid BTN/PSTN/ISDN networks is the best solution to build up the future business telecommunication networks capable of providing more services,saving cost and covering wider areas.
