摘　　要：本文从公允价值的逻辑推演和现实应用提出了研究公允价值可靠性的理由。综述了可靠性概念及目前研究路径和成果,提出了进一步研究公允价值的方向,认为应从制度、技术及应用环境等方面建立公允价值可靠性的机制。This article point out the reason of researching the reliability of the fair value from logic and reality .under the basis ,comprehensiving of the concept of reliability ,the access of studying and the result ,putting forward the direction from system ,technology and applied environment
