双(4-羧苯基)苯基氧化膦表征及阻燃特性测试

摘　　要：以苯、甲苯、三氯化磷等为原料,通过两步Friedel-Crafts反应和氧化反应分别制得了中间体双(4-甲苯基)苯基硫化膦(BMPPS)和双(4-羧苯基)苯基氧化膦(BCPPO),经95%乙醇提纯处理后,采用DSC,FT-IR,1HNMR和元素分析等多种手段对其结构进行定性表征.用BCPPO浸渍处理棉布/涤纶后,经垂直燃烧试验发现,BCPPO对棉布/涤纶均有阻燃作用,且对涤纶的阻燃效果优于对棉布的阻燃效果.Both bis （4-methylphenyl） phenyl phosphine sulfide （BMPPS） and bis （4-carboxyphenyl） phenyl phosphine oxide （BCPPO） were synthesized by two step Friedel-Crafts reaction and oxidation reaction respectively with benzene, toluene and phosphorus trichloride as raw materials. After purified treatment with 95~ ethanol, the structure of BMPPS and BCPPO were confirmed by employing DSC, FT-IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis. Vertical combustion tests show that the flame retardant properties of BCPPO on cotton fabric and terylene, which were impregnation treated by BCPPO, are obvious. And flame retardant properties on teryleng are superior to that on cotton fabric.
