摘  要:通过对9个笋用竹种叶片的叶绿素含量、游离氨基酸含量、β-胡萝卜素含量和硝酸还原酶活性等生理指标的测定、分析得出:不同笋用竹的叶绿素含量、游离氨基酸含量、β-胡萝卜素含量和硝酸还原酶活性等的季节变化具有一定的相似性,呈现单峰曲线;β-胡萝卜素与叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性及叶绿素含量与硝酸还原酶活性呈显著性相关,其相关系数分别为:β-胡萝卜素含量与叶绿素含量相关系数高达0.958,β-胡萝卜素含量与硝酸还原酶活性相关系数为0.809,叶绿素含量与硝酸还原酶活性相关系数为0.730.The physiological and biochemical characteristics of 9 edible bamboo shoot species were studied in this paper.By using their leaves,the amounts of their chlorophyll,free amino acids and β-carotene,and the activity of their nitrate reductase,were all measured and determined.Results show that the characteristics of different bamboo shoots share some similarity in seasonal variation,assuming some single-peak curves;that there is some significant correlation among one another;and that the correlation coefficient between β-carotene content and chlorophyll content is up to 0.958,that between β-carotene content and nitrate reductase activity is 0.809 and that between chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity is 0.730.
