杜仲雄花茶对大鼠毒副作用的实验研究

摘　　要：为了观察杜仲雄花茶对大鼠的毒副作用.将杜仲雄花茶按6.0、8.0、10.0 g/kg(试剂量/体质量)剂量给大鼠连续灌胃30 d,测定体重、进食量、计算食物利用率,实验末采血测定血象和血生化指标.结果表明:三个剂量组动物在整个实验期间,动物毛色正常,未见行为异常,无死亡发生;通过体重、食物利用率、血液学、血液生化学、脏器重量及高剂量组组织病理学检查与测定,与对照组比较均未见显著性差异,给大鼠喂养杜仲雄花茶30 d,未见毒副作用.杜仲雄花茶高剂量组雌、雄性动物的剂量为人体推荐量100 mg/kg(试剂量/体质量)的100倍.The objective of this study is to assess the toxic side-effects of Eucommia ulmoides male-flower drink on rats.The body mass,food intake and food utilization rate of the subjects were monitored through a gastric perfusion at doses of 6.0,8.0 and 10.0 g/kg（dose/body mass） for 30 consecutive days.Blood was collected for hematology and serum biochemistry tests after 30 days of feeding.Results show that there is no abnormal change of hair color,no abnormal behavior and no death occurring among the subjects at the three doses;and that compared to the controls,no significant toxic side-effects are observed on the body mass,total food intake,food utilization rate and organ mass after some tests of hematology,serum biochemistry and high-dose histopathology.The high dose for the female and male subjects is 100 times that of the recommended dose 100 mg/kg（dose/body mass）for human body.
