楠木种子活力下降机制研究

摘　　要：通过人工老化不同时间,获得不同活力的楠木种子,检测了具有不同活力的楠木种子的超氧阴离子生成量、H2O2含量、SOD活性、CAT活性及POD活性,结果显示:人工老化后,超氧阴离子生成量和H2O2含量大量增加,且老化36 h后,SOD活性、CAT活性及POD活性大幅度下降,使自由基的生成与淬灭机制失去平衡,清除超氧阴离子及H2O2的能力下降,细胞受到伤害,种子活力下降.Using as test material the Phoebe zhennan seeds of different vigor,which were obtained by aging the seeds with different aging time,the paper measured and evaluated their contents of O2-· and H2O2,and the activities of SOD,CAT and POD.Results show that the contents of O2-·.and H2O2 increase quickly after the seeds are aged and the activities of SOD,CAT and POD decrease greatly after aging for 36 h,leading to the breaking of the balance between free radicals＇ producing and scavenging and to the decreasing of the ability of O2-· and H2O2 scavenging;and that the cells of the seeds are damaged,thus their vigor decreasing.
