上海生物医药研发外包服务支术市场现状分析

摘　　要：上海生物医药产业的发展非常迅速，而研发外包服务（主要是离岸外包）成为这一产业中最耀眼的明珠。本文根据技术市场管理办公室登记涉外合同交易数据库，分析了上海生物医药研发外包行业的现状、特点、市场规模、优势领域等情况，同时也分析了研发外包服务业在发展过程中存在的一些问题，并提出笔者的一些观点和看法。The biomedical industry has developed very quickly in shanghai. R＆D outsourcing services, especially offshore outsourcing, have become the best ＂dazzling pearl＂ in this field. Based on the foreign trade contracts database which registered by the technology market management office, we analyze the the status quo, characteristics, market value, advantage of biomedical R＆D outsourcing service industry in shanghai, also have found some problems in the development process of the R＆D outsourcing service industry and made several perspectives and solutions our own.
