摘  要:矿物复合纤维是近年来被广泛采用的一种新型造纸填料,本文以硅灰石矿物复合纤维和传统碳酸钙作为填料,分别与植物纤维混合抄纸的性能进行了对比研究。通过分析发现,硅灰石矿物复合纤维呈纤维状,其纤维长度比颗粒状的碳酸钙长,容易与植物纤维结合形成网状结构,因而其留着率明显高于碳酸钙填料,且添加硅灰石矿物纤维纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数及耐破指数均明显高于添加碳酸钙填料的纸张。硅灰石矿物复合纤维作为填料唯一的不足是其白度比碳酸钙填料稍低,因而更适合于在对白度要求不高的纸种中推广应用。Mineral composition fiber is widely used as a new type of papermaking grade filler in recent years. In the present study, the papermaking properties of wollastonite mineral fibe and calcium carbonate with plant fiber are studied. The results show that the fiber morphology of wollastonite mineral fiber is fibrous and its fiber length is longer than that of the granulated calcium carbonate. Due to the special fiber morphology, wollastonite mineral fiber is easy to combine with plant fibers and form fiber-mineral network structure which is helpful to increse the filler retention of wollastonite mineral fiber compared to the traditional calcium carbonate filler. The paper physical properties analysis show that tensile index, tear index and burst index of paper with wollastonite mineral fiber are significantly higher than those with calcium carbonate filler. However, the brightness of paper with wollastonite mineral fiber is lower than that with calcium carbonate filler when they are used as papermaking grade filler. Therefore, the mineral composition fiber is more suitable for those less demanding in brightness paper types in the application.
