摘 要:首先采用溶液插层法制备聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)/有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)插层型纳米复合材料,然后利用熔融共混的方法将以上制备的二元复合材料与聚醚醚酮复合,制备聚醚醚酮(PEEK)/聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)/有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)(PPIMs)三元复合材料。XRD和TEM结果显示,蒙脱土在PEEK/PEI(PPIM)二元基体中以剥离或者插层的状态存在。DSC研究发现:PPIMs与PPIM相比Tg升高,Tc、ΔHc、Tm、ΔHm、Xc随着OMMT的添加量的升高而降低。TGA结果显示OMMT的加入提高了PPIM二元基体的热稳定性。PPIMs的模量和强度,随着OMMT的添加量的增加呈递增趋势,断裂伸长率逐渐降低。Firstly,the PEI/OMMT nanocomposites were prepared by solution mixing, and then PEEK/PEI/OMMT nanocomposites were prepared by melting blending.XRD and TEM results show that the state of montmorillonite in PPIMs is exfoliated or intercalated.DSC results exhibit that Tg of PPIM compounded with OMMT(PPIMs) is higher than that of the uncompounded PPIM,whereas Tc,ΔHc,Tm,ΔHm and Xc of them are lower than those of the uncompounded PPIM.TGA results indicate that the thermal stability of PPIMs increases with the addition of montmorillonite compared to the uncompoundeel PPIM. The modulus and strength of PPIM compounded with OMMT (PPIMs) are higher than those of the uncompounded PPIM, and the modulus and strength of PPIM gradually increases with the increase of OMMT. However, the elongation at break of them gradually decreases with the increase of OMMT.
