摘  要:现代的飞艇蒙皮材料要求具有低面密度、较高的力学性能和气体阻隔性能,一般采用多层复合结构,包括承力层、阻隔层、耐环境和气候层。对高性能蒙皮材料各功能层进行了分析,着重研究了蒙皮材料的氦气阻隔性能和力学性能。对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜进行金属化改性后蒙皮材料的氦气阻隔性能大幅度提高,蒙皮材料的氦气透过量为0.012 L/m2.d.0.1 MPa,具有优异的阻隔性能,且金属膜与基膜具有足够的附着力。试验了包括聚对苯撑苯并双唑纤维在内的几种高性能纤维织物的增强效率和组织形式对织物性能的影响,其中聚对苯撑苯并双唑纤维制备的增强织物具有较高的增强效率,达到18.87(N.cm-1)/(g.m-2)。Modern envelope materials for airship that must be lightweight,strong and capable of containing lifting gas are designed to be multi-layer flexible laminates which consist of components for load bearing,gas retention and to protect weathering and the environment.In this paper,function components of laminated envelope materials were anaylized.Helium permeability and mechanical property of envelope material were investigated.Metalized polyethylene terephthalatefilm showed an excellent air-retention property and a passable adhesion between aluminum and PET film. Envelope material with a helium permeability of 0. 012 L/m2· d·0.1 MPa was experimentally produced. For the load-bearing fabric, several high performance fibers, including p-phenylene benzobisoxazole fiber, with different weave were applied and tested. Among them, p-phenylene benzobisoxazole fibric has the highest reinforcing efficiency that is 18.87(N·cm-1)/(g·m-2).
