摘　　要：苯酐装置气体冷却器堵塞问题是个常见病,如何从这个表象入手,追溯事故原因,发现征兆,在不停车的情况下,避免设备堵塞事故是本文研究的课题。本文前提是苯酐催化剂活性没有充分发挥的缺陷下,进一步验证了除氧水系统温度低是造成设备事故的主要原因,探讨装置稳定运行应注意的事项和操作技巧。Anhydride unit to plug the gas cooler is a common problem, how to start from this image, trace the cause of the accident and found that symptoms do not stop in the circumstances, to avoid accidents is to plug the equipment the subject of this paper.In this paper, the assumption that the catalytic activity of phthalic anhydride did not give full play to the deficiency, and further verify the low-oxygen water system temperature is the main reason for accidents caused by equipment to explore the stable operation of devices should pay attention to matters of and operating skills.
