摘 要:探索蛋鸡场沙门氏菌快速检测方法。经试纸条、分离培养初步确定沙门氏菌阳性菌株后,进行血清学分型和荧光PCR鉴定。在601份鸡棉拭子、粪便、饮水和饲料样品中分离出37株沙门氏菌,其中沙门氏菌D群2株、其他群35株。试纸条、分离培养和荧光PCR方法相比较,快速分离培养结合荧光PCR方法敏感、快速、准确,适合实验室检测;试纸条法快速、简便,适合蛋鸡场的快速初筛和日常监测;传统方法培养时间长,有待改进。To explore the rapid detection methods of the salmonella for laying hen flocks, the serology typing and the fluorescence PCR were used after the first Screening with test papers, normal method of isolation and culture. 37 strains of salmonella including 2 strains of D group and 35 others were isolated from 601 samples including swabs, faeces, water, feed of laying hens. The fluorescence PCR with rapid culture is suitable to be used in lab and more sensitive, accu- rate and rapid than normal method of isolation and culture , test paper. Test paper is more easy and suitable to be used for the rapid screening and the routine surveillance of the laying hens. The normal method of isolation and culture usually takes more time and need to be improved.
