摘 要:文章介绍湖北省电力系统内化学降阻剂的应用情况,并对化学降阻剂的降阻效果及其对接地体的腐蚀进行了分析讨论。文章作者认为,变电站接地网的接地电阻主要取决于接地网面积的大小,在接地网内敷设化学降阻剂对降低接地电阻几乎不起作用;在线路杆塔接地网中使用化学降阻剂,一般可将接地电阻降低20%左右,但其降阻效果及经济性都远不如延长水平接地体长度所取得的效果。对接地网的开挖检查及分析表明,降阻剂对接地体的腐蚀有两种情况:一种是早期生产的降阻剂本身对接地体的腐蚀,这种腐蚀很严重;另一种是现在生产的降阻剂,即使其本身对接地体无腐蚀作用或腐蚀很缓慢,但在有、无降阻剂的交界处由于电化学的作用而使接地体的腐蚀速度高于无降阻剂情况下的腐蚀速度。后一种情况不可避免,且难于解决。因此文章建议:禁止在变电站接地网内使用化学降阻剂;为降低线路杆塔的接地电阻也不宜使用化学降阻剂,应采用延长接地体长度的办法以达到降阻效果。The application of agent for reducing resistance in Hubei Power System is presented. The effect of reducing resistance by use of the agent and the corrosion of the grounding leads and rods in grounding net caused by the agent are analysed in this paper. The author points out that the grounding resistance is chiefly decided by grounding net area and it is hardly efficient to apply the agent for reducing resistance in the grounding net of substation. Besides the corrosion of grounding devices caused by applying the agent for reducing resistance although the grounding resistance of tower grounding net is reduced by 20 percent or so when the agent for reducing resistance is applied, the economy and the efficiency of reducing resistance from prolonging the level grounding bus far exceed those by applying the agent for reducing resistance. The author put forward that it is unsuitable to apply the agent for reducing resistance in grounding net.
