稳心颗粒对慢性心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究稳心颗粒对慢性心衰心律失常的作用。方法将慢性心衰患者306例,随机分为对照组148例,观察组158例,两组患者均给予慢性心衰指南所要求的药物,观察组加用稳心颗粒,1包/次,3次/d口服。观察两组患者治疗前后超声心动图的EF值、中心静脉压、6min行走距离、心律失常发生次数、血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)值。结果稳心颗粒使各种心律失常的发生率均明显降低(P<0.05);动态心电图心律失常发生时间明显减少(P<0.05)。患者临床症状减少显著(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒不仅在治疗心律失常中效果明显,而且对心功能亦有改善作用,可作为慢性心衰的辅助用药。Objective Wenxinkeli chronic heart failure on the role of arrhythmia, in particular the role of the rapid arrhythmia.
