眩晕宁与牛黄降压丸对2级高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察眩晕宁与牛黄降压丸服药前后对血压的疗效。方法选择2级高血压患者185例,随机分为治疗组99例和对照组86例,治疗组给予眩晕宁片2片/次,3次/d,10d为1个疗程;对照组用牛黄降压丸1丸,3次/d,10d为1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗后的血压。结果两组患者治疗后SBP、DBP间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论眩晕宁治疗2级高血压疗效较好。Objective The goal around understood this courtyard dizziness rather falls the pelleting with the bezoar to take medicine the average blood pressure curative effect observation. Methods The method consults this courtyard in January, 2009 rather to fall the pelleting in hospital patient medical record 185 examples to June dizziness with the bezoar, to applies drugs the number of days, the medicine consumption and the rationality carries on the analysis. Results Around the result two groups take medicine the average blood pressure comparison, dizziness rather piece total effectiveness obviously are higher than the bezoar to fall the pelleting group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The dizziness rather falls the pelleting average blood pressure is better.
