河南某市1048名公安干警健康状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]通过分析河南某市公安干警的健康体检情况及其相关因素,探寻潜在的疾病威胁,为疾病早期治疗和预防提供依据。[方法]收集黄河三门峡医院体检中心2008年公安干警体检结果,分析各种疾病的检出情况及相关因素。[结果]男性公安干警疾病检出率高于女性,随年龄增长疾病检出率增高,有不良生活习惯组公安干警疾病检出率明显高于无不良生活习惯组公安干警。[结论]高血压、高血脂等疾病是公安干警今后早期预防和治疗的重点,其发生主要与性别、年龄和不良生活习惯有关,老年公安干警应经常做健康体检,青壮年公安干警应养成良好的生活习惯。[Objective] To analyze the health status of policemen in some towns of He＇nan Province,and to find out the potential threats to their health and the related factors so that evidences for preventing or treating the diseases can be provided earlier.[ Methods] The results of physical examination for policemen in 2008 were analyzed,the prevalence of various diseases in policemen was observed and the associated factors were discussed.[ Results] The disease prevalence of male policemen was higher than the female＇s,and raised with age.The disease prevalence of unhealthy lifestyle group was higher than that of healthy lifestyle group prominently.[ Conclusion] Hypertension and hyperlipemia were the main disorders in policemen,which were related to gender/age and unhealthy lifestyle.Aged policemen should have physical examination regularly,and yong policemen should keep healthy lifestyle.
