四川省两市医生控烟态度及建议病人戒烟行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解四川省两市医生控烟态度及建议病人戒烟行为现状,分析医生建议病人戒烟行为的主要影响因素。方法问卷调查两市1107名医生,描述其吸烟现状、控烟态度及参与行为;拟合多项logit模型探讨医生控烟行为的影响因素。结果共调查医生1107名,男性528人,女性579人。医生总吸烟率为16.9%,男性吸烟率为33.9%,女性吸烟率为1.4%,外科医生吸烟率(40.2%)高于其他科室,86.9%的医生赞成医生应该是不吸烟的榜样;67.5%的医生听说过戒烟药物,其中只有3.2%的医生给病人使用过戒烟药物;57.5%的医生经常建议病人戒烟。医生建议病人戒烟程度的主要影响因素有医院类别、性别、医生自身吸烟状况以及职称。结论应对吸烟医生和不吸烟医生采取不同的策略提高其控烟能力,加强二三级医院的控烟执行力度。Objective To investigate the current situation of attitude and practice of smoking control among doctors in two cities of Sicbuan, and analyze its influence factors. Methods 1107 doctors were surveyed with a questionnaire including information on smoking, the attitude and practices about smoking control in two cities, and multivariate logit regression model was used to identify the influence factors. Results In 1107 surveyed doctors, 528 was male and 579 was female. The smoking rate of doctors was 16. 9% , 33.9% in male and 1.4% in female. The smoking rate in surgeon （40. 2% ） was higer than that in physicians. 86. 9% of doctors supported that doctors should set up no-smoking example for patients. 57.5% of doctors often suggested patients giving up smoking. The main factors influencing practice that doctors required their patients to quit smoking were as follows： the type of hospital, gender, status of doctors smoking, and professional title. Conclusion It is essential to carry out different interventions between smoking doctors and non-smoking doctors. The enforcement of tobacco control at second-level and third-level hospitals should be enhanced.
