生命价值观、应对方式与大学生自杀意念关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生生命价值观、应对方式与自杀意念的关系,为自杀预防与干预提供依据。方法运用一般情况调查表、大学生生命价值观量表、应对方式量表调查了768位大学生,根据症状自评量表第15题"想结束自己的生命"回答轻重程度筛选有无自杀意念。结果调查对象中,有自杀意念者93人,占13.2%,无自杀意念者611人,占86.8%。有无自杀意念组大学生在生命价值观和应对方式各因子上得分存在显著差异(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析表明,性别、学习压力、珍爱生命、消极宿命、悲观困惑、消极应对比其他因子更能预测大学生自杀意念的产生。结论大学生自杀意念形成与生命价值观、应对方式有较为密切的关系。通过加强生命价值观教育和应对方式训练可以降低大学生自杀意念的产生。Objective To explore the relationship between life value, coping style and suicide ideation and to provide bases for suicide prevention and intervention. Methods 768 college students were investigated with a self designed questionnaire, including the College Students＇ Life Values Inventory, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ） and the 15th item of the SCL -90 which was ＇ Do you want to end your life＇ . According to the answer of the 15th item of the SCL - 90, we made a judgment of his/her suicide ideation. Results In the surveyed students, 93 had the suicide ideation, and the rate of suicide ideation was 13.2%, 611 didn＇t had suicide ideation, and the percentage was 86. 8%. There were significant differences in all factors of life value and coping style between college students with suicide ideation and those without suicide ideation （P 〈 0. 05）. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that gender, learning stress, life cherishing, pessimistic determinism, pessimism and perplexity, negative coping style had more estimated power than other factors on college students＇ suicide ideation. Conclusion College students＇ suicide ideation was closely related to life value and coping style. It was feasible to decrease the probability of college students＇ suicide ideation through strengthening the life value education and coping style training.
