摘  要:提出了一种电路结构较为简单的新型单相电流型多电平逆变器拓扑,分析了电路拓扑的工作原理及PWM控制方法,将电路拓扑的特点用于单电源电路驱动开关器件。仿真结果验证了电路拓扑的可行性和有效性,对广泛应用研究有参考价值。A novel topology of single-phase multilevel current-source inverter (CSI) is studied and the working principle and the corresponding PWM control method for the novel topology are analyzed in this paper. The characteristic of the structure is that all the switching element emitters are connected to a shared line. Therefore, the CSI can be driven by single power supply circuit which makes driving circuit design easy. The feasibility and effectiveness of the topology are verified by the simulation results. This paper has a certain reference value for applied research of multilevel CSI topology.
