摘　　要：描述了膨胀型无卤阻燃PP/EVA电缆料的制备方法,采用氧指数仪、UL94水平垂直燃烧箱、电子万能材料实验机、锥形量热仪、TG热重分析仪等对其进行了表征。氧指数测试结果表明经阻燃后氧指数已提高到29.3%以上;水平垂直燃烧结果表明燃烧等级已达到UL94 V0级;力学性能测试表明,拉伸强度为15.26MPa,断裂伸长率,为641.8%;TG测试表明700℃时残炭量为18.0%左右。This paper studied the Preparation of Halogen-free Intumescent Flame retardant PP/EVA cable compound, and characterized by means of limited oxygen index （LOI） ,UL94,Thermogravimetric analysis （TG） and cone calorimeter test. The results indicated that the Combustion performance, Mechanical Properties and Thermal Stability of the Intumescent fire-retardant compound is improved. In this case oxygen index is 29.5, Burning rating is UL94 V0, tensile strength is 15.26 MPa, Elongation at break is 641.8% , TG result indicated that the char yield is 18.0% at 700℃.
