摘　　要：针对在按订单生产环境中,由于产品包装件种类急剧增长而导致采购时难以确定其计件单价的现状,引入GBOM技术进行包装件表示,在此基础上提出采购报价知识表示模型,构造了定价规则库,通过匹配搜索进行规则的筛选并给出推理匹配算法,开发出计算机辅助定价系统并将其应用于某机械工具企业的包装件采购管理中。应用结果表明,该方法可以极大地减少人力成本并有效地提高了包装件采购报价的准确性和及时性。Under the make-to-order environment, the packages of customized products are hard to be priced due to various customized requirements. In this paper, the GBOM Generic Bill-of -Material technology is employed to represent package objects. Based on this, the knowledge representation model of package quotation is proposed, and a match-degree based approach is developed to search appropriate quotation rules for a required package. A computer-ai- ded quotation system is set up. The system has been implemented in a mechanical tool company. The application re- suits show that this method helps the company greatly reduce the labor-cost and effectively increase the accuracy and timeliness of package quotation.
