社会支持对成渝地区军队老年人生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持对军队老年人生命质量的影响。方法采用SSRS量表和SF-36中文版量表对成渝地区老年军人进行调查,并用多元逐步回归方法分析。结果影响SF-36量表总分的社会支持因素依次为对支持的利用度、主观支持情况。影响总体心理健康的因素依次为对支持的利用度、社会支持总分。影响总体生理健康的因素依次为主观支持情况、对支持的利用度。结论社会支持尤其是对支持的利用度和主观支持情况显著影响着成渝地区老年军人的健康相关生命质量。重视精神养老是提高老年军人生活质量的重要措施。Objective To explore different impacts of social supports for army elderly quality of life. Methods SSRS and SF-36 scales were used to investigate army elderly in Chengdu-Chongqing areas. Stepwise multiple regression method was used to analyze its interdependence. Results Influence factors of social support for SF-36 scale were usage of support and subjective support. Im pacts on total mental health factors were usage of support and social support score. Impacts on total physical health factors were subjective support and usage of support. Conclusion Social support,especially for usage of support and subjective support signifi- cantly affects health related quality of life for the army elderly in Chengdu-ehongqing areas. To improve elderly spirit life quality is important for army elderly quality of life.
