摘  要:目的了解基层士兵肥胖发生情况。方法对3844名士兵的身高(cm)、体重(kg)进行测量,计算体质指数(BMI);应用BFA-100人体脂肪分析仪,测量其生物电阻抗(Ω)、体脂重(kg)、体脂百分比(F%)。应用BMI法和F%法分别对士兵进行肥胖判定。对不同年龄、不同藉贯、不同等级、不同职务士兵肥胖发生情况进行比较。结果3844名士兵身高(172.7±4.3)cm、体重(65.7±6.7)kg、BMI(22.1±2.3)、生物电阻抗(504.8±56.5)Ω、体脂重(12.7±3.7)kg、F%(19.0±4.0)。两种方法对肥胖的检出率分别为22.9%和34.6%。不同年龄组、不同等级及不同职务士兵的肥胖检出率具有明显差异。不同藉贯士兵肥胖检出率无明显差异。与10年前相比,基层士兵的肥胖检出率明显增加。结论应用生物电阻抗法测量F%,并依F%判断肥胖方法科学,结果准确。目前,基层士兵肥胖发生率高,应引起高度重视。Objective To know about the obesity in army soldiers. Methods The height and weight were measured in 3844 army soldiers. The BMI was figured out. The bioelectrical impedance, kg in fat, F/Wt were measured by self- made BFA - 100 body fat analytical instrument (bioelectrical impedance technique). The obesity in army soldiers was determined by BMI method and F% method. The obesity in army soldiers was compared by ages, hometowns, ranks, and tasks. Results The results of 3844 soldiers are as follows : ( 172.7 ± 4. 3 ) cm in height, ( 65.7 ± 6.7 ) kg in weight, (22.1 ±2.3) in BMI, (504.8 ±56.5) Ω in bioeleetrical impedance, (12.7 ±3.7) kg in Fat, and (19.0 ±4.0) in F/Wt ( F% ). The prevalence of obesity determined by BMI and F% were 22.9% and 34.6%, respectively. There are significant differences in prevalence of obesity in soldiers of different ages, ranks and tasks, but there is no significant difference in different hometowns. The prevalence of obesity in army soldiers have been apparently increased in the resent ten years. Conclusions The use of bioelectrical impedance in estimating the F% and analysing the obesity in 3844 army soldiers is scientific and aeeurate. The prevalenee of obesity in army soldiers is high nowadays , to which we should attach great importance.
