摘 要:目的采用星点设计-效应面法优选丁香叶的提取工艺。方法以乙醇浓度、回流时间和溶剂(倍)量为自变量,丁香苦苷提取率、丁香苦苷的含量为应变量对自变量各水平进行多项式拟合和二项式拟合,用效应面法选择较佳工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果确定最优提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,提取时间2 h,溶媒用量16倍。结论实际值和预测值吻合度高,星点设计-效应面法优选丁香叶的提取工艺是成功的。Objective To obtain the optimal extraction process of Folium syringae oblatae by central composite design response surface methodology. Methods Independent variables were ethanol concentration, reflux time and solvent multiple; dependent variable were extraction rate of syringopicroside and its content in Folium syringae oblatae. Linear or nonlinear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The response surface methodology was used to optimize the conditions of extraction. Results The coefficient of correlation of quadratic model was high. The optimum conditions of extraction process were 80% ethanol, 2 hours for reflux and 16 -fold solvent for extraction. Conclusions The observed values and predicted ones are close to each other , which proves that the optimization of extraction process of Folium syringae oblatae by central composite design/ response surface methodology is reasonable and successful.
