摘 要:为对自然复叠式热泵系统循环进行理论分析和试验研究,对该热泵系统循环流程进行了分析。采用以R123/R134a所组成的二元非共沸混合制冷剂作为循环工质,建立系统循环算法模型,提出采用分区间法和二分法实现蒸发压力p0调整模块,编写了循环理论模拟计算程序,对循环系统进行了数据计算和初步分析。结果表明,模块计算参数全面,利用该计算模块可以方便得到初始参数条件下的理论单位制热量、性能系数、最佳浓度配比等热力参数值,为自然复叠式热泵系统热力性能分析提供了理论工具。For theoretical analysis and experimental study on circulation of auto-cascade heat pump system, cycle process of the heat pump system was analyzed. Binary non-azeotropic refrigerant composed of R123/R134a was selected as circulating working fluid. System circulation algorithm model was proposed. Adjustment module of evaporating pressure was designed with methods of separated section and dichotomy. And circulating theoretical simulation program was compiled. Data calculation and primary analysis of the system circulation was done. The results show that calculation parameters of the module were complete. Parameters, such as theoretical specific heat output, coefficient of performance, optimal concentration ratio, et al, can be obtained conveniently. Theoretical tool was provided to thermal performance analysis of the heat pump system.
