摘 要:在搭建的复叠制冷系统实验台上,研究了复叠制冷系统启动时间间隔对能耗以及低温级环路启动特性的影响。结果表明,当高温级环路压缩机吸气压力降低至0.20 MPa,低温级压缩机再启动时,能够在启动过程中任意时刻获得较低的蒸发温度,能耗也比较低;当高温级环路压缩机吸气压力降低至0.26 MPa低温级环路启动时,在满足低压级压缩机排气压力在安全范围内的前提下,整个启动过程最节能;当高温级环路压缩机吸气压力降低至0.16 MPa低温级环路启动时,消耗了较多的能量在高温级环路,低温级环路的降温效果也并不明显,整体能耗较高,最不宜此时启动。The effects of starting time interval on the energy consumption and the starting characteristic of low-temperature circuit were studied at the cascade refrigeration test-bed. The result shown that when the low-temperature circuit starts at the suction pressure of high-temperature circuit compressor decreasing to 0. 20 MPa, lower evaporating temperature and less energy consumption could be got at any time of starting process; when it goes at 0.26 MPa, the energy consumption could be the least on the condition of safety discharge pressure of the low-temperature circuit compressor; when it goes at 0.16 MPa, all the energy consumption is higher and the cooling effect isn' t obvious, that is the most inconformity starting style.
