女性生殖器尖锐湿疣患者外周血Th_1/Th_2水平的研究

摘　　要：目的观察女性生殖器尖锐湿疣(CA)患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子水平与其相应的组织内Th1/Th2细胞因子水平的相关性,探讨不同感染阶段外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的变化。方法选取正常对照组20例,女性生殖器CA初发组37例,复发组25例,组织匀浆标本20例,用ELISA法测定各组血清标本和组织标本的细胞因子IL-2、IL-12、IL-4、IL-10的浓度,分析血清各细胞因子与其相应的组织内细胞因子的相关性,比较正常组与CA初发组和复发组的血清细胞因子水平的变化。结果CA组织内细胞因子IL-2、IL-12、IL-4、IL-10水平与相应的血清细胞因子水平密切相关(P<0.05);血清Th1细胞因子水平在CA初发组和复发组明显低于正常对照组,而Th2细胞因子水平明显高于正常对照组。结论CA患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子水平能反映病灶局部的Th1/Th2细胞因子水平。CA患者血清Th1细胞因子水平明显下降,Th2细胞因子水平相对上升,Th1/Th2比值明显下降,导致Th1/Th2失衡。Objective To investigate the correlation of levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines between in serum and in tissue in female genital condyloma acuminate（CA）. To determine the different serum levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines in the different infection periods of CA. Methods 20 healthy subjects, 37 primary infection of female genital CA, 25 recurrent CA and 20 tissue samples of CA were recruited in this study. Cytokines of interleukin （IL）-2, IL- 12, IL-4 and IL- 10 concentration were assayed by ELISA. We analyzed the relationship of levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines between in serum and in tissue and compared the changes of levels of Th1/Th2, cytokines in three serum groups. Results The levels of IL-2、 IL-12, IL-4, IL-10 in serum of CA were positively correlated with those in tissue （P〈0.05）. The serum levels of Th1cytokines were significantly lower in primary or recurrent CA groups than those in normal controlled group, and the serum levels of Th2 cytokines were significantly higher in primary or recurrent CA groups than those in normal controlled group. Conclusion The levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines in serum can reflect their levels in local focus. The serum levels of Thl cytokines were decreased in genital CA group, while the serum levels ofTh2 cytokines were increased, and the ratio of Th1/Th2. was decreased, and then it leads to Th1/Th2 unbalance.
