摘　　要：要充分发挥云南的区位优势,凸显云南在中国——东盟自由贸易区建设中的地位和作用,加强云南与大湄公河次区域物流合作是关键。本文从云南参与次区域物流合作的进展出发,分析了物流合作在合作内容、合作基础及合作机制等方面面临的问题,指出云南与次区域物流合作的发展趋势,并提出了相应的对策建议。Yunnan s logistics cooperation with the Greater Mekong Subregion（GMS） plays a dominant role in that it will strengthen Yunnan s geological advantage and improve Yunnan s position in the course of the Sino-ASEAN construction.Considering the logistics cooperation of Yunnan with GMS,problems are analyzed,the future trend is predicted,and solutions are proposed.
