摘　　要：对西藏长鞭红景天愈伤组织中红景天甙的提取技术过程、材料及方法进行论述.利用传统的热回流提取工艺制备长鞭红景天愈伤组织中红景天甙粗提液样品,通过HPLC法检测到愈伤组织中含有红景天甙,表明此类体外细胞具有合成红景天甙的能力.The paper elaborates the technique,materials and method for extracting Rhodiola glucoside from the callus of Rhodiola fastigiata.The raw sample liquid of Rhodiola glucoside extracted from the callus of Rhodiola fastigiata by traditional technological process was examined through HPLC.As a result,the callus contains Rhodiola glucoside,which shows that such sort of outside cells have the ability to synthesize Rhodiola glucoside.
