大兴安岭地区夏季森林火灾成因及特点分析

摘　　要：介绍大兴安岭地区自1965年至今的夏季森林火灾(火警)发生概况.分析夏季森林火灾发生的客观原因有:林内可燃物状况、天气状况、环流状况、外部环境情况;主观原因有领导重视不够、对野外火源管理不严.论述了夏季森林火灾具有多为雷击起火;发生时间集中、起火点多;扑救难度大,复燃现象多;以林冠火为主,火灾损失大等特点.对夏季森林火灾扑救方法也作了简介.The paper has introduced general situation of summer forest fire＇ s occurrence since 1965 in Daxinanling area, and analyzed both objective and subjective reasons for its occurrence, such as flamma- bles, weather condition, circulation, exterior settings, and insufficient awareness, not strict enough of wild fire source control and so on. Moreover, it elaborates the most summer forest fire due to thunder strokes, characteristics of bursting, scattered fire spots leading to difficult fire fighting, easily reflamma- ble phenomena, a large loss and etc. Meanwhile, the paper proposes several effective means for fighting summer forest fire.
