摘　　要：针对余热锅炉垂直布置模块吊装工作中,因为该国现有吊机起吊能力不足,设计场地狭窄,无法采取原有配套的吊装工具和方案等问题,提出从侧面进行吊装的方法。对钢结构稳定性进行核算,改造其运输架进行吊装,满足吊装需求,提高了工作效率,显著降低施工费用。In the work of vertical arrangement of HRSG module hoisting,the Kpone Power Plant is unable to adopt old-style tools and planes of boiler module hoisting,because of the narrow working site and unavailability of enough capable cranes in Africa.The paper mainly discusses a mothod of module hoisting from sideway,which is based on the calculation of the steel structure stability and the transformation of transport planes to meet the hoisting demand.In this way,the working efficiency is raised and the construction charge is obviously reduced.
