摘　　要：分析了在自动化线环境下汽车覆盖件冲裁修边模铁屑产生的成因,介绍一些消除铁屑的处理办法以及效果对比分析,并提出优化的处理方案,在生产中取得良好效果。Analyzed the reason of the scrap iron remove of auto-cover cold-trimming die, and introduced some disposed ways of scrap iron A t this, we offered the optimized disposal of scrap iron and gained the better effect.
