老年心衰恶病质的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年人心衰营养状况,探讨心衰合并营养不良的机制。方法对30例老年人充血性心衰和25例无心衰的老年对照组营养状况的多项指标进行评价。结果老年心衰恶病质各项营养指标显著低于对照组。结论老年心衰恶病质的发生与多种因素有关。Objective To analyze the nutritional status and discuss the mechanism of malnutrition in the elderly patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods We assessed the nutrional status of 30 elderly patients with CHF and of 25 elderly subjects with non-CHF. Results Many nutritional indicators of elderly patients with CHF group were significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion The eachexia of heart failure in elderly could be closely related to a variety of factors.
