诺和锐30与诺和灵30治疗老年2型糖尿病对照观察

摘　　要：目的观察老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者口服降糖药血糖控制不佳时分别采用诺和锐30与诺和灵30联合治疗的临床疗效。方法61例口服降糖药物控制不佳(糖化血红蛋白>7%)的老年糖尿病患者,随机分成2组,分别联合诺和锐30或诺和灵30治疗,疗程为12周,观察患者用药后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的变化及安全性。结果经联合治疗后,两组老年T2DM患者血糖控制均有显著改善,诺和锐30组较诺和灵30组血糖控制更好、胰岛素用量更少、低血糖发生率更低。结论口服降糖药控制不佳的老年T2DM患者,加用诺和锐30较诺和灵30可以更有效且安全地控制血糖。Objective To investingate the efficacy of blood glucose in the elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients who had been treated with oral antidiabetic drugs （OADs） plused NovoMix30 or Novolin 30 when poor blood sugar control. Methods sixty-one elderly T2DM whose blood glucose were inadequately controlled on OADs （HbAlc〉7%） were randomly assigned into 2 groups additionally treated with NovoMix 30 or Novolin 30. All cases were treated for 12 weeks. To measured changes before and after fasting blood glucose （FBG）,2 hour postprandial blood glucose （2hPBG）,hemoglobinA lc（HbAlc） and observation security of the patients. Results There were improved significanyly in two groups. The patierts treated with NovoMix 30 better reached the blood glucose targets,took less insulin dosage and reported less hypoglycemie episodes when compared to those treated with Novolin 30 regimen. Conclusion Used NovoMix 30 regimen than Novolin 30 be able to shows better glycemic control and more safe for elderly T2DM.
