超声引导下肝穿刺活检在评估慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒疗效中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下肝穿刺活检在评估慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒疗效中的应用价值。方法对76例临床拟用抗病毒治疗的乙型肝炎患者进行肝穿刺活检,治疗后再次活检,对病理结果进行分析和研究。结果治疗前后病理结果显示乙肝的炎症和纤维化分级均有不同程度的改善,对比差异有统计学意义。结论超声引导下肝穿刺活检能提供真实的组织病理学依据,有利于了解慢性肝炎的发展阶段,从而客观的评价疗效。Objective To explore the value of hepatic puncture biopsy（HPB） guided by uhrasound in antiviral therapy of patients with chronic hepatitis B （CtlB）. Methods Before autiviral therapy, 76 patients with CHB were performed HPB guided by ultrasound. After therapy, they were performed HPB again. The resuhs of pathological examinations were analysed and studied. Results The results of pathological examinations before and after antiviral therapy showed that the scales of the inflammation and liver fibrosis of patients with CHB were greatly improved, with statistical significance. Conclusion Hepatic puncture biopsy guided by uhrasound can offer objective histopathology basis for clinical practice, which is favourable to understanding of the activity and development stages of lesions, and objective evaluation of curative effects.
