摘　　要：固定化细胞技术是在固定化酶的基础上发展起来的高新技术,所用载体材料的性能是此项技术的关键。详细介绍了固定化细胞技术中常用载体材料的种类及其性能,概述了新近出现的载体材料及其应用,最后对载体材料的未来发展进行了预测。The immobilization cell technology is a new biological engineering technique based on immobilization enzyme.The key for this technology is the characteristics of the carrier materials for immobilization.In this work,the categories and characteristics of the carrier materials usually used in this technology are presented and the new carrier materials are introduced.The prospective developments of carrier materials are also foreseen.
