百合灰霉病的诊断及其病原物的分离纯化

摘　　要：通过对温室发病百合的田间症状观察、病害的初步诊断、病原物的分离纯化以及分离病原物的活体和离体接种试验,确定该病害为百合灰霉病,其病原是椭圆葡萄孢(Botrytis elliptica)。By observing the field symptoms of the diseased lily, diagnosing the disease, isolating and purifying its pathogen, the disease has been ascertained as lily gray mould, whose pathogen is determined as Botrytis elliptica in its inoculation experiment in vivo and vitro.
