盐酸伐昔洛韦片含量测定的不确定度评定

摘　　要：目的建立盐酸伐昔洛韦片量测定结果的不确定度评定。方法以盐酸伐昔洛韦片为例,建立紫外分光光度法测定盐酸伐昔洛韦片含量的不确定度计算模型,对紫外分光光度法测定中的各影响因素进行了考察。结果扩展不确定度为4.2%,含量测定结果可以表示为(99.6±4.2)%。结论本法可靠。Objective To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty of the content determination of acyclovir in valaclovir hydrochloride tablets by UV. Methods The model for evaluation of the uncertainty was established in measurement of the content of valaclovir hydrochloride tablets by uhraviolet spectrophotometry. The factors influenced upon the measurement were analyzed and the uncertainty influence of each component was calculated. Results The expanded uncertainty was 4. 2%. The content of phenol-phthalein tablet was （99.6 ± 4. 2） %. Conclusions The evaluation is reliable.
