摘　　要：通过建立创新型企业和模仿型企业在双寡头市场上的竞争模型,讨论了:⑴知识产权保护对两类企业在产量、利润上的影响;⑵知识产权保护对创新型企业创新投入的激励作用;⑶知识产权保护对消费者剩余以及集群福利的影响。This paper constructs the model for the technology innovation enterprise competition with technology imitation enterprise under intellectual property protection, and then it discusses some questions as follows： the influence of intellectual property protection on production and profit of the two kind of enterprises, the influence of intellectual property protection on innovative input of technology innovation enterprise, and the influence of intellectual property protection on consumer surplus and industrial cluster＇s welfare.
