摘 要:采用高温固相烧结法制备各向异性Sr1-xYxFe12-xZnxO19永磁铁氧体,分别研究了制备工艺对SrFe12O19显微组织的影响以及Y3+离子、Zn2+离子共掺杂对SrFe12O19铁氧体结构和磁性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着固相反应保温时间增加,SrFe12O19铁氧体晶粒明显长大,且晶粒呈十四面体;在烧结前加入少量的硼酸,可以明显增加致密度;Y3+离子、Zn2+离子掺杂没有改变SrFe12O19铁氧体的晶体结构,过量的ZnO会与Fe2O3反应生成SrZn2W相;对于Sr1-xYxFe12-xZnxO19(x=0~0.2)试样磁性能的研究发现,当x=0.03时试样的剩余磁感应强度B r最大,提高了锶铁氧体的磁性能。Permanent- magnetic ferrite of Sr1-xYxFe12-xZnxO19 were prepared by the solid- state reaction. The preparation conditions and their effect on microstructure, the adulteration of Y^3+ ,Zn^2+ and their effect on the strueture and magnetic properties of strontium ferrite were investigated. The results show that the grain of SrFe12O19 further grow with the increase of the sintered time and the crystal grain of pallets of SrFe12O19 exhibit fourteen face; The addition of boric acid in to SrFel2O19 increase the density; The adulteration of Y^3+ ,Zn^2+ have no affection on the crystal structure of strontium ferrite, but the residual ZnO will reacts with Fe2O3 shows that produce the new phase SrZn2W like with Fe2O3. The study on the magnetic properties of the serial doped sample Sr1-xYxFe12-xZnxO19(x =0 -0.2) ,the residual magnetic flux density of sample have reached maximum at x =0.04 and improve the magnetic properties of strontium ferrite.
