应激免疫抑制蛋白降低大鼠动脉血压

摘　　要：目的：探讨应激免疫抑制蛋白对大鼠动脉血压的作用。方法：将部分纯化的应激免疫抑制蛋白作静脉注射，ＭａｃＬａｂ记录仪记录血压。结果：足背静脉注射部分纯化的应激免疫抑制蛋白２００、４００和８００μｇ后，血压下降，并呈明显的量效关系。结论：应激免疫抑制蛋白可明显降低正常大鼠动脉血压。Objective: To study the effect of partially purified immuno suppresive protein on the normal arterial blood pressure in rats. Methods: Intravenous injection of the protein and recording blood pressure by MacLab system. Results: It was found that intravenous injection of the protein (200,400 and 800 μg per rat) decreased the arterial blood pressure in dose response. Conclusion: Immuno suppresive protein can decrease the arterial blood pressure in rats, but there was no significant change in heart rate.
