摘　　要：概括介绍了国产大型塔器系列硬件自主创新技术及其应用,对新型塔填料、液体分布器、进气初始分布器、二次气体分布盘、主梁及新型塔盘等方面的标志性技术作了简评。以炼油、乙烯和大化肥三大行业中的减压塔、汽油分馏塔和大颗粒尿素洗尘塔3座高难度大型塔为典范,简要介绍了国产大型塔器2个发展阶段中的标志性成果。以天津100万t/a乙烯装置中12 600 mm汽油分馏塔国产优化方案为典型实例,通过与工艺包方案的对比,展示了国产化大型塔器跨越性进展和强劲的国际竞争力。The independent innovation technique of domestic large-scale column hardware and its applications were generally introduced. The brief comments on the representative techniques, such as novel packing, liquid distributor, vapor initial distributor, vapor redistributing plate, main beam and novel column tray, were presented. The typical achievements of two development stages of domestic large-scale column were briefly introduced, for example, vacuum column in petroleum refining , gasoline fractionator in ethylene industry and dust-washing tower for big particle urea in large-scale chemical fertilizer plant. Taking the domestic optimized scheme of Ф12 600 mm gasoline fractionator in Tianjin 1 000 000 t/a ethylene plant as a typical case, the great progress and powerful international competitiveness of domestic large-scale columns were shown by comparing the former process package.
