摘  要:晋中市农村地质灾害治理工程在新近系地层中施工了5眼大口径供水井,钻孔口径Ф600mm,孔深350-600m,一径成井,采用桥式过滤器并填砾,成井工艺复杂,施工难度大。以孔深450m的1#供水井施工工艺为例,介绍了大口径供水井三次成井的钻进参数、泥浆配方及性能指标、防斜措施以及下管填砾、洗井、抽水等施工工艺。经测试,该井井斜为0.8°,出水量为25m3/h,完全满足设计要求。5 large diameter water supply wells were drilled in Neogene System strata by the rural area geological hazard governing project of the Jinzhong City.Well diameter Φ600mm,depth 350600m,one diameter completion,bridge-type filter adopted and gravel packed,well completion technology is complex and extremely difficult.To take the 450m deep 1# water supply well construction as an example,introduced drilling parameters of three stage completed large diameter water supply well,mud formula and performance indices,deviation prevention measures,and technologies of pipe lowering,gravel packing,well flushing and pumping.Tested well inclination is 0.8°,water yield 25m3/h,thus design requirements were fully satisfied.
