摘　　要：在煤系地层金刚石绳索取心钻进过程中,经常会因遇到较复杂地层而出现孔内掉块、坍塌、缩径、冲洗液漏失、涌水等问题,对钻进过程中护壁防塌产生了极大的困难。结合国内近年来研发的泥浆处理剂和泥浆材料的情况,介绍了6种常用的泥浆材料及其性能,并以此为依据,给出了5种不同类型的泥浆配方。将这些泥浆配方应用到金刚石绳索取心钻探中,解决了目前钻探生产中存在的护壁防塌问题,为减少孔内事故起到了一定的促进作用。During the diamond wire-line coring drilling process in coal measures strata, borehole sloughing, collapsing, shrinking, fluid loss and water gushing are often encountered in rather complex strata, and caused very difficult wall protection and collapse prevention. According to domestic developed mud conditioners and mud raw materials in recent years, introduced 6 common used mud materials and their performances, put forward 5 different kinds of mud formulae. Applied these mud formulae into diamond wireline coring drilling, have settled existing wall protection and collapse prevention issues in present drilling operations, and acted as certain positive impacts on drilling accident reduction.
