摘　　要：阐述了中国玉米育种和利用杂优模式研究的状况,主要总结了玉米自交系选育的重要性、在选育自交系主要采用了二环系、回交改良和群体改良;明确了杂优模式的概念和利用的几种主体杂优模式;重点阐述了杂种优势群构建方法:包括系谱分析法、形态标记法、数量遗传学方法、同工酶标记法、分子标记法。It was stated in this paper of the situation of maize breeding and the utility of heterosis models in China. It was summarized that the main methods of inbred line breeding is two cycle inbred lines breeding, backcrossing and population improving. The concept of heterosis model and the main using heterosis models ware definite. The main methods of the heterosis model group construction are pedigree analyzing, patterns labeling, method of quantitative genetics, isozyme labeling and molecular marker method.
