摘  要:介绍了气动加热采用工程算法条件下,分别基于自研结构温度场有限元分析软件ASTSA和商用软件MSC/NASTRAN,气动加热与结构温度场耦合分析平台的研发技术。该耦合分析平台适用于Ma<6的超音速飞行器典型热影响区的气动/热耦合分析,其可靠性和精度通过了工程实例考证。在3<Ma<6的超音速飞行器概念设计阶段,利用该平台可以提高结构温度场预估精度,缩短飞行器设计周期。Development of the platform for analysis coupling aeroheating and structural temperature field is presented m this paper. The platform based on the self-developed code of structural temperature field ASTSA and the commercial software MSC/NASTRAN. Aeroheating is calculated by engineering algorithm. The software is suitable for analysis coupling aeroheating and structural temperature field on the position of zero pressure gradient surface and the wing leading edge of flight vehicle ( Ma〈 6 ). The reliability and accuracy of the platform is validated by engineering examples. The calculation accuracy of the structural temperature field can be improved and the vehicle engineering design period can be shortened by the platform in the hypersonic vehicle (3〈Ma〈6) design period.
