摘　　要：目的对从云南边防部队腹泻患者中分离的产酸克雷伯菌进行鉴定,并对其进行生化特性鉴定、肠毒素检测及致病性和药敏分析研究。方法在SS琼脂平板上分离获纯培养菌,光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察形态,常规生化鉴定并用VITEK32全自动微生物生化分析仪进行系统鉴定并做药敏分析,乳鼠灌胃测定热稳定性肠毒素(ST),小白鼠腹腔注射测定毒力。结果分离的产酸克雷伯菌产热稳定性肠毒素(ST),致病性较强。结论本次分离的产酸克雷伯菌是具有较强毒力的菌株,与临床症状密切有关,应继续加强菌株感染率和毒力监测。Objective To differentiate the strains oa Klebsiella oxytoca islated from stool samples of diarrhea patients of army soldiers in Yunnan Province. Methods Stool samples from diarrhea army sodilers in Yunnan were collected and cultured on SS agar plates. Morphological observation was made under photomicroscope and electronic microscope. VITEK32 full automatic biochemical analyzer was used for systemic differentiation and drug sensitivity test. Thermostability test of enterotoxin was also carried out in suckling mouse by oral administration. While the the virulence of the bacterim was determined in mice through intraperitoneal injection. Results Heatstable enterotoxin was produced by Klebsiella oxytoca isolated with relatively strong virulence. Conclusion The Klebsiella oxytoca isolated is a relatively strong cirulent strain and it is closely associated with clinical manifestations. Thus monitoring work be condected.
