摘　　要：本文通过对燃煤式热处理燃料炉的燃烧过程、空燃比、炉内压力、炉内温度、装炉量等因素的控制,并借助于计算机辅助控制以及加强炉壁绝热和设置二次通风口等措施来降低能量损耗,提高生产效率。Based on controling such factors as fuel combustion processes, air-fuel ratio, the furnace pressure, furnace temperature and load capacity etc. for the coal-fired heat treatment furnace and through such the measures as the use of computer-aided control, as well as to strengthen the adiathermancy of furnace wall and set second ventilation, it is arrived to reduce energy loss and improve productivity.
