摘　　要：本文简述了代油有机聚合物淬火介质的性能及其控制因素,并提出了介质在使用中的维护保养管理上的一系列措施以及判断介质老化变质程度。It is decribed the performances and its control factors of organic polymer quenching medium replacing quenching oil. It is proposed that a series of measures for the maintenance and managemen in use, as well as the judgment methods about degrees of ageing and deterioration.
